1/2 pound of Old Folk's Sausage
3 T. flour
1 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Do not drain off fat. Add 3 T. of flour, stir.
Slowly add 1 1/2 cup milk. Cook over medium heat until gravy thickens. Stir often to avoid burning on the bottom of the pan.

Serve with freshly made biscuits.

Kids love this! Not really very healthy, but hearty and they love it with their freshly made biscuits.
