1 lbs. ground beef
1 15 oz. can pizza sauce
2 12 oz. tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a skillet, brown the beef and drain
Stir in pizza sauce
Quarter the biscuits
Place biscuit pieces in a greased 9x13 baking pan
Top with the beef mixture
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes
Sprinkle with cheeses
Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted
Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving
Yield 6-8 servings
