1 lb. lean ground beef
6 Ritz Crackers, finely crushed
c. grated Parmesan cheese
c. spaghetti sauce, divided
12 Cheddar cheese cubes***
4 hot dog buns, split

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and c. of the spaghetti sauce.
3. Shape into 12 meatballs.
*Tip divide meat into 4 even portions, then divide each of those into 3 meatballs.
4. Place 2 apart, in shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Press 1 cheese cube deeply into center of each meatball.
6. Bake 14 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
7. Meanwhile, microwave 30 seconds on high power - or heat on stovetop in small saucepan remaining c. spaghetti sauce.
8. Spoon sauce evenly into buns that are either warmed in microwave or toasted in the oven.
9. Fill each with 3 meatballs. Yield: 4 servings, 1 sandwich each
*** Purchase cheese cubed or cut block cheese into cubes
