Strawberry-Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

20 oz. frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
1 T. unflavored gelatin
16 oz. plain lowfat yogurt
12 - 15 3-ounce paper cups
12 - 15 wooden sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Drain strawberries, reserving liquid.
Place drained liquid in a saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves. (This liquid sweetens the whole recipe.)
Mix strawberries, yogurt, and gelatin mixture in a blender until smooth.
Place cups in a baking pan.
Fill with blended mixture and cover cups with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Make a slit in the foil over the center of each cup and insert a wooden stick.
Freeze until firm.
Roll outside of cup between hands to loosen each popsicle from the cup.
