1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
2 1/2 c. skim milk
4-serving size package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into popsicle containers OR
Pour into 3-ounce paper cups placed in a baking pan, cover with foil, cut slit in foil, and add wooden sticks.
Allow 3 to 5 hours to freeze.
