1 Tbsp. flour
1 large cooking bag
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans (opt)
6 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tube Grand's buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Shake flour into cooking bag; place in 13 x 9 in pan. Add to bag: brown sugar, pecans, milk, and cinnamon. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Smooth mixture in bag into an even layer. Using a spatula, place biscuits on top of sugar mixture. Close tie with nylon ties; cut 6 snips in top of bag with kitchen shears. Bake at 375 F. for 20 mins. Bag may turn dark. To serve:
cut a slit down the bag and carefully invert pan over
serving platter. Serve immediately.
