1/2 lb. boneless pork pieces
1 sum. green pepper
8 oz. can mandarin oranges & pineapple, drained
1/2 c. grape tomatoes
2 T. vinegar
2 t. honey
dash garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into 1 in. cubes. Cut green pepper into 2 in. chunks. Alternately, thread meat, vegetables,and fruit on skewers. Place on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. In glass measure, combine remaining ingredients for sauce. Brush on prepared kabobs. Broil 6 in. from heat for 2-3 mins. Watch carefully! Turn and brush with remaining sauce. Serve over rice.
