1 c. Medium Shrimp
1 c. Celery, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 package frozen petite green peas (10 oz), thawed
2 green onions, sliced thinly
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost the peas. The best way is to put them in a single layer on a paper towel lined cookie sheet, top with another paper towel and let sit overnight.

Put the green peas into a bowl. Add the celery, green pepper, green onions and salt and pepper to taste. Add enough Best Foods mayonnaise until the salad is the consistency you like. Gently stir in the shrimp. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl if desired.
