1/2 c. butter
onion (1/2 of a large onion)
1 c. unbleached flour
4 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 c. cream
1 - 16 oz. cheeze whiz
6 oz. beer (optional only at home)
1 T. wochsthire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & saute onion. Add flour ( less than a cup will make soup a bit thinner). Mix well. Add chicken broth and whisk until smooth and thick. Simmer 20 minutes. Add Cheeze Whiz and stir until melted. Add beer and wosch. sauce. Can simmer longer or can be eaten right away.
