2 c. sliced onion,
3 c. peeled and sliced apples,
2 tbl. butter or bacon fat,
2 tbl. brown sugar,
salt and pepper,

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions and apples in skillet with butter, cover and simmer until apples are soft and onions tender(about 10 min.) Season with salt and pepper and brown sugar. Serve hot with meat.
