8 baking potatoes, unpeeled
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cut each into 8 wedges. Mix oil, cheese, and seasonings. Oil a large shallow pan. Dip potatoes in oil mixture and arrange wedges in pan, peeled side down. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until brown.
