1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
sprinkle of garlic salt
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz. block softened cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach (thawed, rained, and squeezed dry between paper towels)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well blended. Spoon mixture into baking dish and cover with 2+ cups of mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
