1 lb. ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 c. cooked rice 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 6 c. coarsely chopped cabbage 2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
Saute beef; add onion and cook 5 minutes. Stir in seasonings. Combine meat with rest of ingredients. Spread in 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until tender, about 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
