Apple Crumble Recipe

Apples, cored, peeled and sliced
Cinnamon

Topping:
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heap enough apples to generously fill a 13x9 inch pan. (Cortland and Harralson apples are more tart and especially good in this). Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut topping ingredients together until crumble.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes if heaped (if less only 20-30 minutes).
