1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 Can (6 oz.) Tomato Paste
1 Can Chopped Black Olives
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2-3 Green Onions (chopped)
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Dried Oregano
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Loaf French Bread (halved lengthwise)
8 oz. Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine uncooked beef, tomato paste, olives, Parmesan cheese, green onions, salt, oregano and pepper. Spread to the edges of the cut surface of the bread. Place on a greased 15X9 baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese; return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
