2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried, minced onion
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream (may use light or fat free)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (may use 2%)
2 c. cornflakes, crushed slightly
Butter flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with corn flakes and spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cover pan until last 20 minutes of baking. Freezes well. Thaw before baking.
