Chicken breasts, flattened
1 slice Swiss cheese for each chicken breast
1 slice thinly sliced ham for each chicken breast
eggs (approx. 2 for every 6 chicken breasts)
Italian bread crumbs
Butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
After flattening chicken breast, place a slice of cheese and ham on each breast. Roll up tightly. Dip in beaten eggs and then roll in Italian bread crumbs. Spray with butter spray. Bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Note: May be frozen after sprayed with cooking spray.
