1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese(divided)
2 Tbsp. sugar
10 oz. pkg. Spring lettuce mix,rinsed
1/2 c.grated carrot
1/2 c. sm. cauliflower florets
1/2 c. bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing: combine mayonnaise, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, and sugar; cover and refrigerate several hours. In large bowl, combine drained lettuce, vegetables, and remaining cheese; toss with dressing just before serving.
