24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Line muffin tin with paper liners, place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each, and spoon the mixture to fill each liner 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Cool and spoon on pie filling. Chill until ready to serve.
