1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 T. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 - 4 1/2 c. flour
Olive Oil
Corn Meal
Melted Butter
Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, yeast, sugar & salt into mixing bowl and stir until dissolved. Add flour & stir until blended. Do not knead. Cover & let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size. Flour hands, and remove dough from bowl & place in two rounds on an oiled cookie sheet sprinkled with corn meal. Let rise an additional hour. Brush tops with melted butter & sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Reduce temp to 375 & cook an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven & brush again with melted butter. Best served warm, with olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
