1 package frozen shredded hash browns
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

Egg Topping:
7 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Optional Ingredients:
Chopped onions
Chopped green peppers
Sliced mushrooms
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Chopped ham

Place parchment paper on 15-inch baking stone. Combine potatoes and one egg. Spread potatoes on the baking stone into 14" circle. Pat down with back of spoon. Season with salt & pepper. Preheat oven to 400 and bake for 20 minutes. Whisk eggs and milk. Place in microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook an additional 3 minutes. Stir. Spread cooked eggs over baked potato crust. Top with optional ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
