3- cups sugar,
3/4- cup margarine,
2/3- cup evaporated milk,
1- 6oz. pkg semi- sweet chocolate pieces,
1- 7oz. jar marshmallow cream,
1- tsp. vanilla,
1/2- cup peanut butter ( creamy or crunchy).

Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tbsp. margarine and 1/3- cup cup milk in heavy 1 1/2 qt. saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil over med. heat. Stirring constantly, continue boiling for 4 minutes. Remove from heat: stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add 1- cup marshmallow cream and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Repeat 1st steps with remaining ingredients, using peanut butter instead of chocolate pieces. Spread this when finished over chocolate layer. Cool at room temp. till set completely. Cut into squares. Makes approx 3 lbs.
