1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can Cream of Chicken & Mushroom soup 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 T. dehydrated minced onion 8 oz. sour cream 2-4 T. milk
Brown and drain lean ground beef in large skillet. Reduce heat to medium Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is tender. Add Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup. Stir in enough milk to make it a "gravy" consistency Stir in sour cream and heat through just before serving. Serve over noodles
