1 cup soft butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
1 egg yoke
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
12 ounce jar of raspberry jam (seeded or seedless)


Directions:
Directions:
Allow butter to soften, and then using a mixer, beat butter, sugar, and egg yoke. When the batter becomes creamy, add flour and nuts.

Spread a 1/2 of the batter in a greased 9 x13 pan. Spread jam on top and then sprinkle the remaining batter over jam.

Cook 20-25 minutes (or until golden brown on top) @ 350
