1- cup oatmeal
1 1/2- boiling water
1- cup brown sugar
1- cup white sugar
1- stick butter
1 1/3- cups flour
1- tsp. baking soda
2- egg yolks
1- tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1-stick butter
1- cup brown sugar
1- cup coconut
2- egg whites
1- tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal and set aside.
Cream together, brown & white sugar, butter,egg yolks. Add oatmeal mixture to this and mix well . Blend flour,soda & cinnamon together and add to mixture. Bake in 9x13 pan, at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. When done, pour topping mixture over cake and place under broiler till browned & bubbley
