1 to 1 1/2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, cut lengthwise in 1 1/2 inch wedges 2 tsp fresh rosemary 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 2 T olive oil
Heat oven to 425. Coat baking pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Toss potatoes with olive oil, then shake in bag with seasonings. Arrange in single layer in pan. Roast until tender 25-35 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even browning.
