4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked
3 C cooked wild rice, according to pkg directions
1 1/2 seedless grapes, halved
1 C chopped, unpeeled apple
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C slivered almonds, divided
1/2 C chopped water chestnuts
Dressing recipe:
1 C mayonaise (may be light or non-fat), 1/2 tsp season salt and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
Gently toss cooked chicken with rest of ingredients and dressing. Chill at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Garnish with remaining almonds at serving.
