1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (16 oz) corn, drained
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 C red onion chopped
1/2 C cilantro chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 C tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 C olive oil
4 T red wine vinegar
2 T lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients and gently toss with vegetables. Chill.
