1/2 C Craisins (dried cranberries)
4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Red onion slices to taste
1/2 C honey (orange-flavored is good)
1/2 C lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Divide first 4 ingredients among 4 salad plates.
Whisk dressing ingredients and microwave on high for 1 min or until warm. Serve dressing warm drizzled over greens.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes I use orange juice instead of lime juice. Use less honey then as the orange juice is sweeter than the lime juice.
