3 c. cubed chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. toasted, sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. dried onions
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 small jar diced pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients and spread in a baking dish (buttered, 3 quart or 13x9). Can be topped with crumbs or buttered corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This is a very nice dish for company.
