3 1/2 c. cored, peeled and thickly sliced apples
1/4 c. seedless raisins
1/4 c. sugar of choice (raw, white, Splenda)
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
2 Tbsp. unsweeted apple juice
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a slow cooker with butter flavored cooking spray (or wipe with butter). Combine apples and raisins in crock. Add sugar, spice and juice. Toss mixture well to combine. Dot top with butter. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. (This is great made overnight and served with breakfast, or just started in the morning on a cold day for a mid-afternoon snack).
