1/2 C. butter
12 oz. pk. seasoned dressing mix
5 C. diced summer squash
1 C. sour cream
1 large onion, minced
3 large carrots, grated
1 green pepper,diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and toss with dressing mix.
Mix 1/2 dressing mix with remaining ingredients.
Turn mixture into greased 9x13x2" casserole.
Top with remaining dressing.
Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
