ritz crackers
wilton dark chocolate melting disks
peppermint oil (not flavoring-water base will make chocolate lumpy)
white or other color for drizzling

Melt chocolate in double broiler
add 3-4 drops peppermint oil
dip cracker all the way in chocolate
put on wax paper to harden
drizzle another color chocolate on top
