Ingredients:
6 Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
1 Pkg. Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
1 Pkg. Sliced Deli Ham
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs (plain) Progresso
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/2 Cup Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pound the chicken breast between two pieces of wax paper until 1/4 inch thick. Cut a slice of cheese and a slice of ham to fit onto each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken into melted butter.
Mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley together. Roll the chicken in the crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove the toothpicks before serving.

Note: I always use the same number of toothpicks in each piece of chicken (3).
You want to roll these as tight as you can so that the cheese does not run out while cooking.
