1-1 1/2 Lbs. Halibut (1/2 inch thick)
1 Small Onion
1/3 Cube Butter
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle halibut with salt and pepper. Place fish in greased baking dish. Peel a small onion and separate into rings; arrange over halibut. In a saucepan, melt butter and add the lemon juice and sour cream. Blend. Pour melted butter sauce over halibut in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over fish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
