1 (13 1/2 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple
1 (6 oz.) Pkg. Strawberry Jell-O
3/4 Cup Cold Water
1 (16 oz.) Can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 Sm. Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1 (3 oz.) Cream Cheese (softened)

Directions:
Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup; reserve pineapple. Add water to juice to make 1 cup liquid. Bring liquid to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. When boiling, remove from heat, stir in Jell-O powder and stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Add cold water; chill until Jell-O is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. In medium size bowl, combine drained pineapple and cranberry sauce; mix well and then stir into Jell-O mixture. Pour into a 9-inch square pan. Cover and chill until firm.

For topping; combine pudding mix, whipping cream and milk in a bowl. Beat until well-blended, about 1 minute. Add cream cheese and blend well. Spread over the Jell-O. Chill 2-3 hours until frosting is firm.
