1 c. bread flour
1 c. sour dough starter
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Icing:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together; add oil, egg, and vanilla, mix well. Pour in a well oiled loaf pan (you can use Pam to grease pan) and bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.

For Icing: Mix together all ingredients. You can alternate a layer of batter and icing as you pour in the pan or put icing on top only.
