1 pkg dry yeast
1/2 c. luke warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. warm water
2 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 1/2 cup luke-warm water. In a separate bowl, mix sugar with 2 cups warm water and flour. Add yeast mixture. Let set in a glass jar covered with a cloth for 5 days at room temperature.
