4 chicken breasts
grated zest of 2 oranges
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. sesame oil
1 T fresh ginger, grated or minced
1 T. garlic
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
The day before serving, put all ingredients in a baggie and shake to blend. Add chicken breasts and marinade 4 hours (or overnight) in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350. Arrange the chicken in a shallow pan and season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over chicken and bake until golden brown, basting frequently, about 45 minutes.
Serve with rice noodles and salad.
