1 egg
1 slice focuccia bread
1 slice prosciutto or ham
2 tbsp bruschetta mixture, drained
1 oz shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Poach egg.
Toast bread, place on serving plate.
Place slice of prosciutto on bread.
Place poached egg on prosciutto.
Top with brushehetta mixture and cheese.
