Boil evaporated milk and sugar 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir until chocolate chips and marshmallows are melted. Stir until thickened. Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan. Cool to room temperature. Cut in 1 inch squares.
