2 2/3 cup sugar 4 eggs 2/3 cup butter 3 1/2 cup flour 1 can (One-pie) pumpkin 1/2 tsp. cloves 2/3 cup water 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg l cup chopped nuts
Mix everything together until smooth. Fold in chopped nuts.
Bake in greased 4 med size baking pans 350o 45 - 55 min.
