2 8oz packages chive cream cheese - softened
1 cup sour cream
4 heaping tablespoons mayonaise
juice of 1/2 lemon
2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pound fresh Wellfleet crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese and the crabmeat. Mix until creamy, then gently stir in crabmeat.

Spoon into 1 1/2 quart ovenproof serving dish. Top wilth remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or bread.

Prep time is 4 hours if you have to open the crabs.

Since we pull up a lot of crabs in our lobster pots, it made sense for us to find new ways of using them. This was adapted from the Very Virginia cookbook by Michelle and is a favorite whenever it is served.
