1 whole salmon
1 C. mayonnaise (NOT low or no fat type)
1 C. diced Walla Walla onions (or other sweet onion)
1 C. diced red and green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Remove head, tail and fins.
Rinse and wash inside thoroughly with cold running water.
Pat inside dry and then cover inside with all of the mayonnaise.
Put the onion and peppers on the mayo. If it is a really large fish, you may want to double the amount of onion and peppers.
Wrap the salmon in aluminum foil leaving access.
Put on grill for 30 to 40 minutes, depending of size.
Grill until skin lifts off easily with a fork.
Enjoy! Eat one side then the other, pick the bones clean!
