3 T honey
2 T Dijon mustard
1 t salt
1 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients & stir to dissolve salt.
Keeps virtually forever in the refrigerator. Makes 1 1/2 c dressing.

Use as salad dressing on a salad of leaf lettuce, sugar snap peas, feta cheese & minced red onion.
