Ingredients:  
3 slices bread crushed or torn
1 small onion, shopped
1/4-1/2 stick of butter
1 qt tomatoes
1/2 t salt
dash pepper
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bread & onion in butter. Combine brown sugar & cornstarch, mix with toatoes. Add salt & pepper & cook until slightly thickened. Put bread in buttered casserole dish and pour tomatoes over. Grate swiss or mozarella cheese over tomatoes. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
