6 springs of fresh parsley
6 whole peppercorns
2 whole cloves
2 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1/2 t dried thyme)
1 bay leaf

Directions:
To make this and have on hand, buy sheets of cheesecloth, but into 6" square and fill with the herbs & spices. Tie and store in jars.
