2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 ribs celery, chopped
2 - 16 oz cans chili beans (recommend Bush's Chili Beans with medium sauce)
2 1/2 cups water
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 cup catsup
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large non-stick skillet, brown ground beef, onions, celery, and garlic.

Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Simmer for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Goes well with biscuits or corn bread.
