4-5 strips of bacon
red cabbage (enough to fill pan)
blue cheese (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 4-5 strips of bacon in frying pan; reserve fat. Add shredded red cabbage to drippings and cook until wilted. Top with crumbled bacon and crumbled blue cheese.
