eggs
1/2 lg onion
2-3 T vinegar
1 t. salt and 1 t. pepper (or to taste)
5 heaping T mayo
sprinkle celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil any kind of potatoes (not baked potatoes and unpeeled) Boil until soft. Then let cool. Cut potatoes into chunks or thick slices. Boil eggs (amount is your preference). Add all ingredients together: potatoes, chopped eggs, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, 5 heaping T mayo and sprinkle w/ celery seed.
